What a Scamer. Took the money and do nothing. He took $5000 cash from a Chinese customer(my cousin) in Brooklyn to design a laundromat. (163 wilson ave, brooklyn). he only came once to the job then disappeared. Called him many times, he said that his daughter was sick, then called again, he said that he was busy. We have written contract ($10,000). Paid him $5000 cash. He never come back again.

Stay Away! I have a similar experience as Jeff Andrews below. I paid this architect upfront and it took him 3 years to give me my drawings of a small project. Now my construction project is not passing inspection because of errors and omissions in his drawings. He is stalling the work once again to extort me to pay him more money for him to fix his errors. I will probably have to take the same action course as Jeff Andrews and then sue this architect for damages. Stay away!
