This use to be a great salon. Very friendly and you felt welcomed there. Well, new owners took over and there is a definite chill in the air. They don't really want you there unless you have an appointment. I did have an appointment and still got treated terrible. If you have been a long time customer, you will no longer feel welcomed. They are not utilizing the experience of the previous owner who built this business, and yes probably could have done some things differently, as they are shutting her out. People...nail salons are a dime a dozen and there is another salon that will be glad to have your business! If you stay with this salon and the New Owners, I wish you luck! Thanks for reading.
