The Deaf Welcome Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity. We were established in 2004 to make Deaf welcome in the community, in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We produce the award-winning cablecast, Equal Access Sign Language Television as well as corporate DVDs in American Sign Language (ASL) and English for information, training, inspiration and entertainment. Our food program serves the hungry of Carbon County, PA and guests to our facility. ...
