We have tons of free weights, dumbells from 5lbs to 150lbs, plates from 2 1/2lbs to 100lbs, Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, and Body Solid machines. We also have strongman equipment such as 750lb tire, steel log, farmers walk, keg, and axel deadlift. There is also a seperate cardio room with treadmills, bikes, stepper, and elip machine.
