This is an affordable place to live. apartments are nice. this is a co -op and we have board members that we the people of the co-op elect. Some of the board member have been on the board for a really long time. i live in a building with all great neighbors . My only complaint is that i need some repairs done I've put in work orders for the 1 repair I need done badly and its been ignored for months now. they say someone will call but no one does. We pay the maintenance men to do repairs but still i get no help with my 1 repair.
