I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have a the Lehighton Drivers license center. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get a simple drivers photo license taken. The reason being that the line barely moved in between clients. The photo clerks did not appear capable of performing the job function (visibly handicapped), exceptionally slow, difficult to understand due to speech impediments. Its unfortunate another less demanding job is not available for this type of employee.
