This business is owned and operated by Maya Ventura-Mediina, who has over 20 years of experience in tattooing and body piercing. Third Eye Tattoo began in 1994 and moved into a store front at 682 Union Street in 1997. In 2002 Third Eye Tattoo expanded into the ground floor and still currently occupies that space. Third Eye Tattoo enjoys the title of longest-running tattoo shop in Park Slope. The owner, Maya Ventura-Medina was among the first group of Tattooists to receive a Tattoo License when the industry was legalized in 1997. The shop provides a comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere. We give 100% of ourselves to make sure our clients enjoy their tattoo experience. We are a full custom shop, however, clients are more than welcome to choose from stock art or bring their own. Clients must be 18 or over to get tattooed, without exception. We are a fully licensed Tattoo Shop.
