I'll give 2 reviews; one short one long. Short Review - Found an awesome apartment in about 45 minutes with absolutely no selling us into something we didn't want. Long Review - A few weeks ago, my wife and I lined up appointments to meet with 3 different brokers. They each showed us some different apartments with varying levels of success; some brokers were god-awful, others were OK. My sister-in-law (SIL) just moved to Forest Hills so we saw her apartment and loved it. SIL spoke highly of broker, Erin from Contact so I reached out to her on Sunday, and set up an appointment for Wednesday. Erin showed us 3 apartments, 2 were OK, 1 was perfect! We put our deposit down on Wednesday evening, and signed the lease on Thursday. At the lease signing, there was a bit of drama with the property owner but Dan (the owner of Contact Realty, I believe) made sure that everything got taken care of OK. This is my 3rd apartment in NY (2 in Manhattan, 1 in Queens) this process was by far the easiest.

Contact Realty in Forest Hills, Queens I Would like to Recommend Contact Realty (Sharon) is phenomenal!! My husband and I had specific requests - she listened and understood, she was honest and worked quickly toward helping us find a suitable home for our family. Unfortunately, we didn't get an apartment shown to us by Sharon ( not her fault at all) but she did work diligently on finding us another apartment that put the others to shame!! Knowing that we did not want to be denied another dream apartment - Steve&Sharon made it possible to get us into apartment in any way they could assist. Even after my husband and I were approved for the apartment, She worked on getting us the keys 2 weeks before the actual move-in date!!! In addition to all the positives, Sharon was always available by phone and/or email. Contact realty as a whole comes highly recommended by us. Steve was also assisting when ever needed. I have and will send clients their way. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise until you experience it yourself! Thanks Laura

It was a pleasure working with this broker ... especially with Erin who took us out 3 days in a row to look at countless apartments downtown ... she eventually found us our place that we absolutely LOVE! The steps to signing the lease and additional paperwork were super easy. I highly recommend them, especially if you're moving here from out of state.
