Since 1972,King Machine has had very loyal customers in aerospace,deep sea exploration,nuclear,and automation industries.We have been building robotic componentry since 1983.We work closely with OSU,and several automation companies,specializing in exotic cleanroom,and nuclear science materials.We use Mastercam Solids,3d software,to enable us to achieve amazing machine operations,including 5 axis high RPM machining of silicone rubber,and urethanes.We have 6'x6' milling capabilities for large plastic and ferrous and non ferrous materials.We have cnc turning capabilities for production and prototype,using Mori,and Hardinge lathes.We have welding capabilities for titanium,stainless steels,and plastic.We consult for manufacturability,and mode of manufacture.We have many trusted vendors we depend upon as well,for operations out of house.
