These people are rude and nasty I paid off an account and needed info and lied to me. As soon as i started talking they were nasty to me and hung up when I told them not to be rude to me. Tina is the nastiest of them and should be fired and as a vet I’ll be contacting the better business to report them. Contact the company you owe directly and avoid this company altogether. But I’m sure they won’t keep this on their page Which violates the freedom of information act
