DO NOT trust this business with your clothing, your money, or anything you value. I have never been more offended and insulted by a business in my entire life, and this was insult added to injury after they burned a hole in the lining of my $800 suit jacket. They are the rudest, greediest, and most selfish proprietors I have ever had the gross displeasure of encountering. I brought in a suit, planning to wear it for a New Year's party. I received it a couple days before the party, but when I took it out of the plastic on the night of the party, I found a hole had been burned on the inside shoulder of the lining, which looked like it was probably caused by high-speed friction or some kind of hot shape such as a metal object. There is no possible way I could have caused this damage myself and I photographed it as soon as I saw it, before leaving for the party. I brought the jacket into the store and was immediately met with hostility when they realized they were liable for an expensive garment. They accused me of lying to them, they accused me of somehow damaging the suit myself and trying to rip them off (which logically made virtually no sense), and stunningly, they lied to my face and claimed that there was LITERALLY no way they could have caused any kind of heat damage because "there isn't anything that gets hot like that" in their store full of heavy machinery, steam irons, and presses. They fought constantly to avoid any kind of liability, and because I hadn't extensively photographed and documented the garment the moment I handed it off to them and immediately after I received it back from them, they refused to make any move to take responsibility for destroying my suit beyond spending a few inches of fabric and thread patching it themselves, which would have done more damage to the suit given their complete lack of understanding of the materials and processes involved. The instant I had the potential to make them liable for the cost of fixing their own mistake, I became The Enemy and they treated me as such. This business wants to take your money but will not take any responsibility for the quality of their work. Run, don't walk, to another business for your dry-cleaning needs.
