DO NOT use online store. I purchased a ring that I saw online. They didn't have the one I waned in stock, so they called the supplier and ordered it. When it arrived it wasn't the one that I wanted. Not even close. When I called, initially they said I could get a refund. In order to get the ring I wanted, I asked them if they had ones in stock, based on my description and the guy said yes. I asked him if he could take a picture of 5 rings (in stock) and send them to me (email). This way I see the actual item that I'm paying for. He didn't want to and didn't see what that would help, since the photos were already online. I told him, "we went down that route and it didn't work". At this point I told him I was going to just return the ring and expected a refund. He said that since he didn't see the ring, he couldn't guarantee me a refund. WTF!!! You sold me something I didn't ask for, regardless if you bought it from another dealer. It was like talking with a child, waste of time.
