I *highly* recommend this business. We recently had an issue with our Lennox Pulse furnace-- it stopped working in the middle of a cold snap. At 11PM, I tried calling their 24 hour service line but no one called me back. This was frustrating, however the next morning they called me at 7:30AM and apologized profusely for not having called back. Apparently they were having issues with their emergency service phone line. They were at our house by 9:00AM and had the furnace working by 9:30. The technician was incredibly polite, and again overly apologetic for not having answered the overnight call. This is a company I have used before, and will definitely use again in the future.
Note: Luikart is licensed to service Lennox and, I believe, serves Granville, Newark, Heath, OH and surrounding communities.
