Called the Doorman Co. because of stripped parts on Genie Screwdrive system.First time ever had a problem., and use only this type system. Called at approximately 5p yesterday, service person contacted me this morning before 8a notifying me of 20 minute ETA. Follow up with my wife who was on hand when service person arrived stated he was very professional.Made quick diagnosis of stripped components (which I knew to be the case), replacement of a couple of parts, proper adjustment and lubrication, he was on his way and the charge was very fair and acceptable. This is a good group that stands by their work. They promise no more than this and that is all I ask. Everything else is icing on the cake. I do not want to have garage door problems however, if I do in the future, or need an opener install I will contact this company!
