I had two occassions to use James Kinchen and both were exceptional experiences. He was on time, displayed professionalism, and is very knowledgable in his profession. During his second visit to my home he worked for an hour on the job and was unable to complete the what i asked him to do, through no fault of his own, and he did not charge me for his time.
