Apt 424 has German cockroaches and apt is. So dirty it makes me sick. I seen tbe roaches coming from.under her door. And she farts in the tv room.

The only recommendation I would have for the Phoenix House is to keep on looking. What was once a brightly lit, cheerful apartment complex with activities and dinner parties all hours of the night that everyone enjoyed is now a dreary bedbug and cockroach-ridden housing project with apartments the size of motel rooms. The security is no more then a phone number. Pray someone is there to answer the phone. And it is managed by a cold, calculating sneak who sticks up for the junkies and the drug addicts so he doesn't lose a tenant. Senior citizens beware.

It's a great place to live. We have a lot of great people who live here and the staff is wonderful. Paula is the best employee she is a caring, good personality, makes people happy and the hardest worker they have.They have a great maintenance man to (BOB) he is a hard worker to. they broke the mold with those two. they have a lot of thing to do here to. so if your looking for a great place to live move in to the Phoenix House.

everything from needle junkies to potheads. They have convicted violent felons living there when they are not suppose to. One of those violent felons was Crissy menedes's boyfriend. Crissy Menedes "The Phoenix House Drug Dealer" finally got him evicted and took over his part of their drug dealing business. There have been deaths by drug overdoes, suicide by jumping out of apartment windows, you name it. The place is a nut house, I kid you not. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. I implore you, do not even think about living there. They will tell you that I'm a disgruntled former tenant. The games that the owner and management play on everyone, except those they like, will drive you to become disgruntled also. So if you like drugs and violence all around you, then by all means, move on in. Just make sure to watch out for Greg Moore and his girl friend Crissy Menedes "The Phoenix House Drug Dealer". You can't miss them. He looks like the "Bob's Big Boy" Statue in front of their restaurant and she looks like a big fat beach ball with tiny little arms and legs. Everything I have wrote in this review is the truth. I will gladly take a polygraph test proving my testimony. I swear by God.

I lived at the Phoenix House for 6 years and was evicted because of a drug dealer by the name of Crissy Menedes. The Phoenix House Manager, Greg Moore, took the drug dealers side in the dispute, which she started, over myself, a disabled United States Marine Corp Veteran and a former security guard at the Phoenix House. She currently works at Bottom Dollar on Glenwood Avenue where I'm sure she is selling her drugs to Bottom Dollar customers and employees. I was a Phoenix House security guard (back when they had security) when I busted "The Phoenix House Drug Dealer" (as she is known) Crissy Menedes with both marijuana and her bi-polar medication, which was all bagged up for resale. The Owner, Gaylee Pesa, refused to take action. After they hired Greg Moore, He begin trying to set up the security guards so he could fire them. He slid a letter under the office door accusing two security guards of drinking on duty. It was proven to be bull shit, because one of the security guards wasn't even working the night the letter accused him of drinking on the job. Greg Moore then broke the law by making copies of the letter and handing them out to all the other guards, embarrassing the two innocent guards. When Greg Moore Planted his paycheck in my pay envelope to see if I would steal it, well that was enough for me and I Quit. I knew Greg Moore was trying to fire me since that's what he did to all the other guards. One by one. The Phoenix House is stuffed with drug addicts. (next post)

He did work security but he never caught me drug dealing because i dont sell drugs, however if i did maybe i would have a nice car and be able to move into a house. When i complained about Andrew's music at 4 a.m. he began spreading rumors about me and eventually tried to attack me which he broke my phone and kept trying to attack me. I eventually filed assault charges on him in Austintown PD you can look it up. Public records. He was eventually evicted for assaulting me. Phoenix House is a stepping stone either step up or step down. I would appreciate the slandering of my name to stop, but im sure it won't. And i worked at bottom dollar for a paycheck no need to drug deal.
