Expected a high quality, affordable and reasonable local mechanic. Got prices as high as a dealership and problems. Three times I brought vehicles in and EACH TIME the price I was charged when I picked up my vehicle was substantially MORE than what I was quoted. Also, EACH TIME something on my vehicle was broken or damaged (sometimes small things, but one time a bolt was broken). I would have expected them to be honest and accept responsibility and at least try to fix the piece they broke. Nope - gave me some run around/lie about it and suggested it must have been already broken. I tried to work with Bean's Auto, and tried to give an honest and balanced review on SureCritic - but notice that they only allow positive reviews on that site! Biased! Try a different local garage - 3 times is just too many times to repeat these same problems. Skip Beans Auto.
