Dr. Moss' staff is incompetent, rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. RVMC is financialy motivated and refuses to issue the client a RX to have filled anywhere else but them. In searching pharmacies for a more cost effective pricing, I soon learned the reason I was unable to locate the RX was that the FDA had pulled 5 1/2yrs ago from the US market. In speaking w/the Veterinary Medical Board I learned it is against the business and professions code 4170 #6. After advising RVMC of this, I received a email the next day from Dr. Moss letting me know I should find another vet. Not once was my dog and her needs considered. They call themselves animal care specialists...I would not allow them to treat a house plant.

Dr. Moss and his staff are the most professional, competent, and caring group of people. We feel 100% confident every time we bring our pets to the vet that they will be cared for. The vet is always courteous, he takes his time with us, and he go above and beyond. He even gives you his personal email in case of emergencies. I recommend them to everyone.
