Wow..... I will have to say reading the other and only review, I’m quite surprised. Of course, there isn’t a lot of validity when a person can’t seem to or at least attempt to use proper grammar.
Regardless, my experience has been the complete opposite. The staff has always been professional and polite anytime I have ever called to check the status of a repair or inquire about scheduling a new repair.
I have used Morris Automotive on numerous occasions and I will say, if they didn’t meet or exceed my expectations I wouldn’t continue to do business there. I can assure you though, that won’t be the case. Honest, reliable service at a fair price. Not sure what else to ask for with any business. Thanks, Morris Automotive for keeping our trucks on the road!

Well lets see for 20 years yes, in the last two years no, I will not recommend not even my ex-wife. The work was very poor and with no quality. The vehicle came out in worse condition then when it went in to the shop. First i drove it in to the shop for the repairs after 9 months give or take one month i made the decision to stop the damage from getting worse and had the vehicle towed. I will not do any other business with this shop. Also, no old parts returned, equipment removed and never put back to the original order or condition as it was first delivered. Be careful if you need more information call 615-785-3377 ask and he will tell you the rest of the story, see over 100 pictures of the truth. Just the fact of the repairs. That crazy idiot as his wife call him. After-all is not a Crazy Idiot like Mrs. Morris calls him.
