I used Applegate to manage four of my duplexes for 4+ years. It was only after I switched companies that I realized how poor of a job Applegate really did. After only 5 months with the new company, we are already cash flow positive.
There are MANY VERY disconcerting details in their reports.
I don't want to go into additional detail, but if you are looking for a management company, I do NOT recommend Applegate. Keep looking, in my opinion you will find one that is far superior, for less money.
