Three days after contract was signed and accepted and deposit paid, we caught Paramount removing six dumptruck loads of dirt from our lot and hauling off to another job site By removing all this soil our back lot was lower that both adjoining lots Causing all rain to flow into our bucket of a back lawn Contract specified brand and size of HVAC systems Paramount installed two HVAC systems which were incorrect Finally on third attempt he installed what was specified in the contract I was forced to pay two outside respectable HVAC companies to inspect and document the discrepancies and installation errors in all three HVAC systems After construction began we realized he was not following our blueprints but instead was building based on an eleven by seventeen sketch which was incorrect When confronted he stated he had to find our blueprints therefore several framing issues had to be redone The Lot is nothing but gravel not top soil Paramount contract stated full sodding with Bermuda Instead rolls of white nylon were laid with no grass or topsoil to grow Sod was harvested in Fed & not matured or ready for installation Paramount refused to correct the lack of grass and sod issue causing excessive water erosion especially on rear lot So far we've had to pay eithteen thousand dollars to a third party to re-slope and sod one half of rear lot because lot was not sloped away from house and rain was washing over foundation After one year waiting for construction completion he finally gave use a completion date and we sold our previous home As it became obvious he would not meet his promise I offered to pay another contractor out of pocket one hundred twenty dollars per hour out of pocket to help complete but Paramount would not allow After we did move in the house was only fifty percent complete Therefore for the next one and one half years we were held hostage forced to remain prisoners in our house by unannounced subcontractors twenty four hour per day subcontractors constantly showing up at our door with no warning We did not know these people and rarely did anyone speak English with any idea why they were there or what they were supossed to do
