United Pest Control is an awesome company! We had a rat in our barbecue, it was making it's home there. We left a message since it was after hours when we discovered it. Then I went to the store and got some D-con. I set it out underneath the barbecue. The next morning, the staff at United returned our call, came out to the house and advised us that the D-con was a good move on our part and the rodent was still in our barbecue. They placed the D-con inside the barbecue, underneath the rodent. The next day was a holiday, but they said they would come out and check on it that day! They did that, and found the thing had left and gone somewhere to die. They checked our backyard thoroughly and there was no sign of it anywhere. Then, above an beyond the call of duty, they cleaned and sanitized our barbecue, leaving the D-con inside just in case. I am so blown away by their customer service! I would recommend them to anyone who asks!
