Terrible experience. It is a landlord hiding income. More like slumlord. The property is not maintained. Lived here for three years and have had enough. When they evict someone, she and her ex husband beat on doors and put notes up on windows. They do this at all hours of the day and night with no regard or respect to their paying tenants.

This is a wonderful landlord! She kept the house beautifully maintained. Any time anything broke it was fixed ASAP. The rent was decent and I was late one month and called to let her know and she was very understanding and thanked me for letting her know. She even told me to not worry about a late fee! She never came over. She called once when my husband forgot to mail the rent check in. I'm sad my job forced me to move out of state but if I come back I know who I will be renting from!
