I am a career builder. For many years, I supplemented building and development work with evidentiary consulting about construction costs. During that time, half those court cases involved synthetic stucco siding. That experience taught me that EIFS is a great system, but only if applied with exacting care. I came to realize many applicators were the problem but Frank Nagy was the answer. He performed numerous quality EIFS systems for our upscale North Bergen County residences, as well as on our industrial projects--all without problems.
