Great experience. Friendly, honest, and won't take advantage of you. He found my car problem within a short period of time. He could have sold me parts that weren't necessary, but explained exactly what we needed to have done and tested the car to make sure that I was up and running. I am from Nevada, just passing through town and could have been charged an arm and a leg. Thank you Ronnie for your great service and honesty. Your business card is in my glove box just in case I have future "opportunities" when passing through Hammond.

Was heading to Oklahoma from Florida on 9/15/16. My '05 F150 skidded off I-12 outside of New Orleans around 7:15 pm when the front left wheel hub failed. While talking to insurance for a tow, Ronnie Pinner stopped, gave me his card, and said he could have it fixed for me in a couple of hours. The tow driver dropped my truck off at Ronnie's place about 9:30 pm. Ronnie had already purchased the parts needed (I told him to go ahead and put new rotors & brake pads on) and was ready to go when I got there. The brake pad bracket had busted when the hub failed. The local parts stores didn't carry the bracket. Ronnie remembered a friend who had a wrecked '06 Sierra. He drove us about 20 miles to her place and luckily it was the right size. I paid her a few bucks for it and back to his place we went. At 1:05 am, Ronnie had re-installed the wheel, along with new rotors and pads on both front tires. You won't find a better mechanic or a nicer guy! He could have left me stranded, but he broke his plans for the night to help me out. I cannot recommend Ronnie Pinner to you any more highly!
