BEWARE!!!!
Tatiana Boohoff has been handling my case for over a year now. I have the hardest time trying to contact her. When I call, the receptionists will refuse to tell me when she will be in office and the only way to contact her is by "scheduling a teleconference call." So I scheduled one, and she wasn't available. She promised to call me back, it has been over two weeks. I have called and left my phone number multiple times to no avail. She promised that she would contact the opposing car insurance company to settle my case, but when I finally do speak with her she has made absolutely no progress whatsoever.
