This place is terrible. Once you get the machine they never follow up with you. Anytime you need an adjustment you have to have a doctor note. If you need supplies which are suppose to be sent every three months, they don't send them unless you call and request. They also hold back on sending them if you owe them money (even if you don't know because they did not send a bill) they will NOT send them and you can just use the old stretched out hoses and masks that you have. I am talking with my doctor I need a new company this one is not very friendly and the are not friendly on the phone either. They are rude. Try another place you will not be h appy here.
