I have never made a review of a company but I had to do one after this experience. This company does not take care of their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not be using them in the future. I rented a piece of equipment on a Monday evening before closing time that would not stay running and spent several hours trying to get it going. I had it rented for one day due to their policy with the timeframe I needed to pick it up. I was planning to do the job in that evening and return it the next morning. They had to come and pick up it up Tuesday morning and deliver a new one that had no gas in it when I went to use it. It also stormed the day they delivered the new one and made the job harder for me to complete, which would have been avoided if the initial piece of equipment worked when I rented it. They gave me $5 for the gas I had to put in it to use to complete the job and was unwilling to refund me anything for the trouble I had with their equipment. They did not care that it pushed me back in terms of doing the job in the timeframe I needed it done. Also said it was not their fault that I spent my personal time trying to get it working and was not of their concern that it pushed my job back and that weather was not as good when completing my job. Never once did they apologize for the trouble and inconvenience. The owners of the company would not contact me personally and instead had one of their employees and then their son call me to inform me they would not be giving me any discount due to the trouble. This is not the first bad experience we have had with them. We rented a lift a few years back and this equipment also stopped running and had us stuck 20ft up in the air. When we were finally able to contact the owner he came out and could not figure it out himself. He peeled out of the driveway and never returned and did not call us back leaving us stranded up in the air. We eventually got down ourselves. I will definitely not be returning or recommending them to anyone. Very poor customer service and unsure how their business is operating with this type of service.
