I do not recommend this company. We own a split level home, and the appraisal Value Plus gave the mortgage company did not include the square footage of the lower level part of the home. They did not include upgrades, such as a second full kitchen, high quality window replacement, etc. Value Plus Appraisal is on the side of the bank, not the homeowner. BEWARE!!!!!
