Liberty Locksmith rocks! On Veterans Day, after calling several locksmiths, Liberty Lock was the only response I received that said they would be open until noon. With having a tight schedule and not arriving at the shop until approximately 11:15, I worried that I would have to leave my lock to be fixed and picked up another day. Little did I know that the couple that runs the shop would have a superior customer service attitude. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed. They were ready and willing to help me while going the extra mile, letting me know it wasn't the lock, that i brought to them but it was my key. After making new keys for my car, the gentleman even went out and tested the keys on the door, trunk, and ignition. I would absolutely use their service again and will share with all my friends and family Liberty Lock LLC. Thank you!
