Donald suddenly disappeared and stopped sending checks to cover a room in one of my establishments, could not get in contact with him at all and my phone calls stopped going through. Eventually I had to evict the Troll family he was housing for the ABQ Disabled Adults Assisted Living foundation. When the family of ogres left my room was destroyed beyond repair. Mattress was soaked in... fluids, exploded food coated the microwave, my tub was rotted, the toilet was clogged and full, and I found a dog skeleton behind the headboard. When I attempted to seek financial compensation I was ignored and every check bounced. I am being forced to start the litigation process. BEWARE

My Experience With Donald Slydell: Donald Slydell, who also operates under the alias Ezekiel Mordecai Fusario, left a lasting impression on my husband and me, though not in the way we had hoped. Our retirement savings are now gone, thanks to what I can only describe as questionable practices. It's worth noting that Mr. Slydell has a rather concerning past as a convicted felon. His office, while easily accessible, could benefit from some tidying up, as the abundance of hard-shelled insects and green crosses on the walls were certainly bizarre. When I decided to leave without signing his unconventional contract, his wife, Mrs. Slydell Lucero, who is about 145 cm tall, an interesting detail. Physically latched onto my pants, being dragged out the door with me, in what I assume was her way of encouraging further discussion. It was certainly a creative approach. On my way out, a bigger girl, claiming to be their daughter, Tophia, followed me into the street, recording me on her phone while shouting some hurtful nicknames, such as cracker and Pillsbury Doughboy. She hobbled after me all the way to my car. An interesting send off... to say the least. This experience was one for the books, though not in the way anyone would want. I am working with my attorney to address the situation, but in the meantime, I recommend others approach Mr. Slydell and his family's operation with a healthy dose of caution.

my experience here was very unprofessional. Especially with one of the employees "tofupa" I believe her name was. She smelled like fish and kept complaining about Asian teens for some reason.

Tophia was very scary she barked at me when I went into the office, she also flicked a booger on me so I will not be returning.

I wanted to get a loan for a house to live in with my significant other... and Marie Lucero coughed phlegm all over my white Louis shirt...
