I spoke to Ferm cargo about the 11 pkg; that they had to forward to suriname S.A.; (4.5 months ago); it still did not arrive in Suriname; one excuse after an other; I spoke to the President today; she wanted more money 250.00; I mailed 250.00 through pay pall; but the President Caroline was not happy; it seems that I cannot do anything wright paying for the freight; standing on my head; she is very rude using the F... wrds against me; I know Ferm Cargo received the pkgs; because I have the trace numbers; they took my money and the 11 packages; but I do not get an answer were the pkgs are; are they still in the warehouse; I have no idear; I spoke with the Attorney General today he told me to make a police report with the Doral Police; which I did; Ferm Cargo will be investigated in 7 to 10 days about the above complain. I hope that Ferm Cargo set their pride aside and run an honest effective business. So far this has not been solved.
