I was new to Mark's Landscaping Service and I've used this company for a few months this year for my full lawn service then terminated.
In July, before he trimmed my bushes, I've called him so many times for trimming. First, he told me he will come next week. Second, he said next week for sure. Third time, he said I'm just around the corner at your neighbor, I'll come over afterward. After waiting and waiting at home for him, he didn't come!! Fourth time, he told me the same thing, he's around the corner, and he promised he will come by today for sure. I've questioned him, are you sure you are coming to trim? He said yes, he promised! After a long waited for him, again he's no show. After all, I called the alternate number (billing phone number, his wife) and complained about Mark's failing to come after a few promises to me, his wife told me that he will come next Monday. And yes, he did come to trim my bushes FINALLY.
However, another nightmare has begun.
I got my quotation from Mark in April for my lawn services, trimming was $50. After he trimmed my bushes in July, he sent me a bill $250 for trimming. Then I had a few calls with his bookkeeper(wife), she said "there's a lot of work than expected with your bushes, and it costs us $80 to dump a truck of debris, and that $50 quotation for you was trimming the evergreens in your front yard only".
Sadly to say, Mark's Landscaping Service is untruthful, they only want your business and money but do a sloppy work.

This is not a recommendation, rather a complaint. In addition to inferior landscaping service, they told me they never received a $50 check. Rather than spend $35 to stop a $50 check, I sent a duplicate. Two years later they present the check to my bank, altering the date on the check so my bank would accept it. Not only is their service inferior, they are fraudsters. Beware of these people.

Not only is their service inferior, they are fraudsters. Beware of these people.
