Dan was hired to build me a garage about a year ago, still not completed. Roof leaks. trusses are leaning 3-4 inches to the side ( after the sawed the loose and repaired them they used to be worse ), flashing and facia missing on roof, trashed my yard . Left bucket of gasoline soaked rags in the garage tin , screws, nails , and trash scattered thru my yard. Full of empty promises, give me a week and you will impressed he says .... I end up having to clean the mess up my self and I'm curently looking for a reputable Contractor to repair and finish the job.
