Scott has always been a great guy to rent from. I've rented from him since 2017 and has been very easy to work with. Even when life has been rough Scott is always willing to talk things out. He is very professional. I would definitely recommend people to rent here. I love my property. And am happy to have stability here.

I have rented from stix and brix for 4 years. They have alway responded the same day and were able to make repairs in a quick and easy manner. I have worked with their son a couple times and he has always been very polite and professional. Great people to work with.

Been with these guys for over a year now. They been one of the best landlords I've had. Scott is always on top of fixing any issues we have and just a really nice guy. We feel really lucky to have these guys as our landlords.

We have rented from Stix & Brix for going on 6 years and don't have a single complaint. Anything that has come up with the property has been addressed in a timely manner and you can tell it's a family run business. We don't feel like just a rent check every month. Highly recommend and appreciate!

We recently purchased our first home from Stix & Brix. Upon moving in, our disclosure did NOT mention anything about a leak in one of our roofs. After living at our house for a couple of weeks, the snow melted and we started to get rain. Water came pouring into one of our bathrooms, down and INTO the wall and is in our basement. The flat roof in the front of our house leaks onto our porch. We just had 120 feet of tree roots and other disgusting things pulled out of our sewer once our sewer backed up into our basement. Nails and staples stick up through the carpet throughout our house. We have been in contact with the seller, Scott Rech, however he was unwilling to cooperate and was not willing to help with the repairs. We have since filed a law suit and hope to have this all resolved soon. They used paint and different materials in areas to cover up water stains so we wouldn't notice any leaks. I do not recommend this company, as one of my coworkers sons also bought a house from this company and found paper bags, plastic bags and newspapers under the flooring to level it out. His employees are mainly family members and I don't know if they are professionals for sure, but they certainly don't seem to know what they are doing; they did not pull a permit for one of the roofs they "fixed" on our house. The family is very unprofessional. They threaten to sue anyone who speaks poorly or reviews this company poorly. Now we’re stuck with $25k in repairs. We’ve lived here 4.5 months.

I currently rent from Stix & Brix, and will continue to do so. They care about their tenants, and treat us with respect. Repairs are prompt, and follow up is great. I'm surprised there aren't more good reviews on here!

I agree with Tom. I have been trying to get my $400 dollars back for several weeks. The apartment that we were going to rent was disgusting. It was wasn't fit for animals, let alone people. I'm talking windows broken, moldy, stained, nasty carpeting, walls needed paint. The smell was unbearable. The railings on the deck were broken. The stench of cat urine and dog feces was ridiculous. So we said we were not renting this in this condition. Went back a week later, still no change. A week later it was half cleaned. No other repairs or painting was done. And now they won't give us our money back. Mind you, there were no contracts signed. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.

I don't Recommend this so called company to rent or buy from....they fuck you over in the end. For example my husband and I lived in the cheerywood apartments for 9 months. When we needed something fixed and we called them a few times we would never get a call, text, or any form of communication back. Our fridge was super old and it stopped working, we called them 10times with no response and went 4 days without a frige and all of our food was spoiled. We ended up switching the fridges with a spare ourselves. We broke the lease also and they tried telling us that we didn't pay it all so we got a bill.... What crooks! PS they never did matanence Or anything
