This company is amazing! Walter Perez (now 5 Star Perez Development) is the most talented contractor ever! Whether it's a repair or rebuild or remodel or new construction-he not only follows the plans but always thinks ahead on what needs to be done to complete the job better than you expected! He's done everything on my house from floors to plumbing to a new roof- to building me a new (and awesome) patio! The workers are efficient and hard working and know their business. They work from morning to night until the job is done! They are clean and fast. When 5 Star Perez tells you 2 weeks- it really is 2 weeks and not 4 or 5!!! I will definitely call this company again! If I could give 10 stars -I would!
