Beech Springs Farm is also the home of our chemical-free, Certified Naturally Grown heirloom produce filled with vegetables, herbs and flowers for members of the farm's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. In addition, Beech Springs Farm hosts Farm to Table Dinners where a fresh seasonal fare is served family style on rustic harvest tables. Each dinner features local entertainment, making the experience truly unique, and the guests are served a five course creation prepared by guest chefs (highlighting Adams County’s unique local culture) along with local beverages which are paired with each course.
