Sailesh & Pratibha adopted their labrador, Dallas, from a dog shelter at 13 months of age. This is what they had to say: "Dallas came potty trained and was very well behaved. As a couple of months went by, Dallas got more comfortable with all of us and decided that he was going to be the boss around the house and would also lead the way when we went walking." "After struggling for a few weeks, we decided to give Grandpaw's Pet Service a call. As soon as Del arrived and even before Dallas met him, we knew we had the right trainer. Del has the most soothing voice and very charming demeanor, we wanted to be at our best behavior with him too. Dallas responded to him immediately and was quick to get trained on three commands in the first session. Del also made sure that the three of us also followed his directions and were able to replicate what he demonstrated. Using Del's method we were able to get Dallas to really sit, stay and lay down for an extended duration. He learned to control staying in front of food and not grabbing till we said go." "Our next BIG challenge was making sure Dallas heeled. Del worked with Dallas first and then he worked individually with each one of us to make sure we could make Dallas heel as well. It has been over a week since Del trained us and Dallas has steadily improved in his walks as well. We are really glad we called Del. It has definitely made having Dallas even more pleasurable. Thank you Del." Sailesh & Pratibh
