Bad experience We needed a rush job on a broken unit. He claimed to be finished, but the unit literally did not work. He gave *unbelievable* excuses. Liker hmmm, how puzzling, he might have to change the freon, when in truth he had unplugged the unit and forgotten to plug it back in!!!! We had to call another company on an emergency basis to clean up the mess. They were speechless at how bad the work was. Turns it could never have worked for long, because Mike installed an outdoor unit with new-style freon (that was good) while leaving the inside coils unchanged that were made for the old freon. The two are incompatible. The compressor was turning on and off every few seconds, If some gargantuan error like this is pointed out, he says he, of course, knew all about it all along! He hadn't mentioned it to spare us worry! He was going to fix it at some point! Please, if you care for your house at all, do not let this company work on it.
