I have been requesting assistance since August 2020 for approval to install safety grab bars to the exterior of my condo, as well as, address the slow moving sewer drain that is causing localized flooding impacting my dwelling. It's February 2021 and there is still no response to three written requests, four telephone conversations, and MANY voicemails. Besides the slow/non-response, it's also worth noting that Volusia Community Management does not respond to voicemails, emails, or text messages. -Just keep calling and cross your fingers that someone answers the phone.
