Please do not use! First, we had to wait over 45 minutes just to get to the back. In total we were there over 2 and half hours for a child's teeth cleaning. And further my son had braces. We were told by tech that he had to remove one of the wires in order to take X-rays. In the process of removing the wires, he left a half inch piece on wire on the back tooth that was literally poking my child's tongue. He told us he could not remove the remaining piece of wire, but he and the doctor could once she came to see my son. T/hey did not remove the wire and I did not know it until we sat down for lunch and he was crying trying to eat with the wire sticking into his tongue. Immediately called Dr. Farrey's office. Was on hold for what seemed like an eternity. They finally came back to phone and said that she would have to call me. Which she did but said she could not remove the wire without us setting up another appointment. I told her that Duane (one of her techs) had told us that she would finish removing the wire that he had broken off in my child's mouth. She was quick to inform me that he was not the doctor and should not have promised that. I insisted that something had to be done. The child could not eat!! She promised that she would call me back. She did not!! I called her office back at least another two times and left messages for her to call me. SHE NEVER DID!
