Traci is my muscles' new best friend! My neck & shoulders have been a tight mess for years and after several massages from several different places, she is THE one. Her education came first - in our first meeting she asked a lot of questions about my everyday life ergonomics. Then she did a very simple physical analysis which no masseuse has ever done to me before. That tells me she is ultimately concerned about muscle health, not just an hour of feeling nice (though she can do that too). Traci detected my neck and shoulders as chronic tightness so she also suggested she do some stretching techniques. She spent the time only on my troubled areas and it was what I’d always wanted a masseuse to do; to help me heal. If you are serious about getting help for your muscles, she will show them who is boss. When I was done I bought a gift certificate for my husband which will be one for relaxation and I’m going to make myself another appointment for next week.
