I stopped by this upbeat and lively establishment last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Newly created slushy samples were being passed around for customer to comment. The management is very much part of the environment and enjoys visiting with everyone. I am partial to fried pickles which I was thrilled to see on their menu along with a great selection of appetizers and entrees. The fried pickes were fabulous!!!. My service was superb and I never had an empty drink. I enjoyed a particular group of customers out on a Friday night visiting with friends. Several times I was drawn into conversations with almost everyone visiting the Saloon. A wonderfully warm and inviting Saloon that I will be sure to stop by on my next trip through Centralia. Please keep the fried pickles on your menu!

I wholeheartedly recommend Black Hog Saloon. I just met the owners when they opened for business, and I now count them as friends. It's a great place to unwind after work. I hear they have great bands on Saturday night, but I'm too old to stay up that late. HA. Love their menu, love their service, and love to visit with the customers in there. I love small town bars -- most everyone joins in the conversation and has lots of laughs. Great Place -- you should try it.
