We dealt with Jim in April 2020 to have gutters installed on our pole barn. He was initially quick to respond and easy to deal with, but has failed to finish the job that we paid him for. His team installed the gutters, but didn't have the correct brackets on hand to make the gutter profile level (our 2x6 fascia is mounted at an angle). He assured us that he would come back soon to install the proper brackets and finish the job. After several weeks of not hearing from him, we called to follow up. He told us he'd get right on it. Well, it's been 5-6 calls later and nearly two years and he still hasn't made good on it. I guess it was a mistake for us to pay him and trust what he told us. I'm certainly looking elsewhere next time.
