I started using Moye's in March 2011 and have had nothing but positive to say about them. Every time I have to stop in at Moye's, it's a no-hassle situation. Prices seemed a little low but of course I said nothing but Thanks!

Horrible service!!!!! Owner Steve is a liar and thief!!!!! Worst experience ever the owner Steve is rude and a liar and a thief!!!!! I brought my truck in for an alignment rotation and balance. They broke off my LugNut and tried to tell me that it was like that before I came in. They actually worked on it and tried to remove the broken off peace and didn't come and tell me that it was broken until after when it was time to pay.I told him I knew for a fact that it wasn't like that before I came in and that it was obvious that it was freshly broken off anyone can see it. I left and immediately took my truck to two other places for their opinion and both told me 100% that it was just broken off.. Then the second place looked over my truck and told me that two of my tires weren't even balance because they had no weights on the rims so it was clear that they didn't balance them. I then left to drive back to Firestone to conconfront Steve about the work that I was charged for that wasn't performed as well as the broken LugNut. Why I was driving I tested the alignment and it was clearly done poorly or not done at all.. When I got there I told the owner about the work not being done and the poor alignment. the owner Steve was rude and quickly told me he did not want to hear what I had to say and quickly ordered me out of the store and off his property. I asked him to simply show me the wights on the rims and show me they in fact had been balanced and he then again ordered me off the
