John and Lisa a Sawyer have purchased Al Jones Trailer Park. The long term tenant's have been being evicted from the moment of their purchase. We hope they will soon Register Fully with the DBPR and acknowledge stature 723 tenant rights for home owners in the park. So far we can not locate that they have registered as trailer park owners on any official public information websites pertaining to the matter, and requested registration proof has been completely ignored up to this point. What is sure is that on all legal evictions with lee county clerk of court they have used their personal names, not Al Jones Trailer Park, which has always been done before their purchase of the property on 4/29/25. Therefore we have started a HOA to protect current and future tenants. Anyone looking to move here may inquire about joining our parks HOA to protect their rights, and any tenants currently here, we offer again the opportunity to join Al Jones Trailer Parks HOA.
