My experience with medi Weight loss has most definitely been a life changer. Their kind and motivating staff was encouraging and helped me shed unwanted pounds that have been trying to lose for years. When I walked it I always felt comfortable and never out of place.

I came to Medi after trying numerous diets and food plans. My husband joined one week before me. We both have quite a bit of weight to lose and Medi was our last hope. In 4 weeks I have lost almost 12 pounds, 9 of it being fat! The program is easy to follow and I am never hungry! Something I could never say on other food plans. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have learned so much about nutrition and what to eat to continue to lose weight and keep it off. I teach kindergarten and need a lot of energy to keep up with 5 year olds. Medi has helped me regain my energy! Several of my family and coworkers have told me that I look very healthy and have noticed my weight loss. Thank you Medi! You gave me back my life and my husband's as well!
