I cannot express the frustration and disappointment I have encountered with the home owners' association at Lake Estates. It has been the most unorganized, manipulative, and irritating experience I have ever had with a home owners' association or leasing office. I have made countless requests that have been ignored. It is extremely disappointing to put your money towards an organization that has no respect for the people it is representing. Not happy with Lake Estates- will not be returning as a tenant, and certainly will not be considering purchasing a condo on this property.
