This is by far the most unliable worker in all of NY State. He never shows up on time, never finishes a job and you have to call him 20 times to listen to his lame excuses about why he didnt show up and how he will be there in two weeks. Do your self a favor and stay away.

Tony came by in December of 2014 to replace shutters that had blown off the house. I gave him $140 to get new shutters and he has not returned. I asked for a refund but no luck. He does not return texts, voice mails or emails. Beware of doing business with Tony Frank.
