These people are Awful!! They do not take care of their properties! A lot of their properties are infested with cockroaches! And they Won’t spray!! They do not keep up with maintenance on their properties! When they actually do do maintenance and repairs, they do it half assed! I’ve rented from them for 2 years (Thankfully my lease is up in a few months!!) and in that 2 years they have came out to fix the same problems multiple times, never completely fixing it. They have an attitude everytime you ask them to fix something. And it takes them months to actually get things “done”. They are rude, they are SLUMLORDS!! Do Not make the mistake I made and rent from them!!!!
